What do I do if I receive this kind of message?

• Do not phone the number included in the message, as fraudsters will try to trick you into giving away personal information
• Do not click on any links or type them into your browser, as your device or computer could be infected with malicious software
• If you have already used a link, check your computer or mobile device as soon as possible to find out if a virus, spyware or other malicious software has been installed
• Keep your phone's security software up to date

How to avoid becoming a victim of smishing

• We will never ask you for your full Global Key Code, Password and or Passcode by text or email
• Smart phones will automatically convert some text to web page addresses
• Do not click on a link unless you are certain it's come from a valid source
• We offer a text alert service to give you updates about your account, but we will never ask you for your full security details or direct you to a web page that asks you for your login details
