This is when a fraudster sends you a text message to say there’s a problem with your account or may pretend to be your bank. They may ask for personal information, to call a phone number or to click a link which may infect your phone or computer device

If you think you've been a victim of fraud or noticed transactions or payments to a shop, company or online store you don't recognise, you can report it to us on the following numbers:
